Refund policy

We have a no-return policy on all fragrance purchases because scent is deeply personal, and once a bottle leaves our hands, we can't resell it. We're a small-batch operation, not a department store, so every sale counts!

We offer discovery samples. We genuinely recommend starting there. it's the best (and most fun) way to find your perfect match before committing to a full bottle.

Damages & Defects
We take pride in every bottle we send out, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — please reach out to us immediately at ryan.capogreco@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right, no questions asked.

What we can't do
As much as we wish noses were more predictable, we're unable to accept returns because a fragrance didn't smell the way you imagined. We also can't accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Any opened or used product (unless defective)

Refunds (for defects only)
If a return is approved for a defective or damaged item, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. If 15 business days have passed since your approval and you haven't seen it, drop us a line at ryan.capogreco@gmail.com.
